- What payment methods do you accept?
I accept the following payment methods and Google Pay.
- Why do I need to fill in my phone number?
Sadly this is an option I cannot turn off. I don't require your phone number to process your order. So feel free to just fill in a '0'.
- Do I get an order confirmation?
An automatic order confirmation will be sent to you after you place an order. I will also contact you to confirm the shipment and provide the tracking number. If you have any questions about your order, you can always contact me.
- Can I change my order?
If you'd like to make changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible. When your package has been registered for shipping it is no longer possible to make changes. For commissions it depends on the amount of work already performed. See my Terms of Service for more info about cancelling commissions or reach out to me.
- How are orders shipped?
All orders are sent via the Dutch Postal Service, DHL or DPD depending on the country. While placing an order, select the right packaging type for the products you ordered. Mugs and brooches are shipped in a regular package, while everything else is shipped in a letterbox package (a flat box that fits through the letterbox). This saves on shipping costs. If you order a mug or brooch together with other items, always choose the regular package. Art prints are packaged in a waterproof sleeve and sent in a sturdy cardboard envelope to prevent damages or folding.
